Haha! Church parking lot across the street was quite full today. Don’t know how long the sermon was, but they seem to vary, judging by when everyone leaves. There is one elderly lady who is the “altar girl”, no children go to church, so they have no kids to serve Mass. The parishioners are a mix of 80+ and some of their 50-60 year-old children who drive the old folks to church. It’s technically a Mission, lost too many people to qualify as a church.

It will probably be gone within 10-15 years. The Church is going gay because the majority of the hierarchy is gay. Looks like a dead end to me, I left years ago when they kept covering up the sexual predation of minors problem decades after it was first exposed. They are still covering it up.

Traditional Latin Masses typically have large families with many children in attendence. And no practicing homos. And no females at the altar.

Novus ordo Mass demographics depend on the location. Where I live, the new Masses have plenty of children as well and religious education classes are full.
