He’s just playing some lawyer crap. Technically, they’re Russian-speaking Ukrainians, and most were ok with living in Ukraine, until we activated the Azovs to terrorize them (standard US M.O., as seen in many other countries). Regardless, they’re all Slavs, so they are pretty much the same people.
