Since I don’t think there is any god around not really. If there is one and the crap inflicted on me for the good of my eternal repose accurately reflects the deity’s desires than what ever god that is is like some small minded clerk.
Up to you, as Christ left it to those who followed him out of the city to return/leave his presence. The twelve who remained that day, became His disciples. It struck me profoundly how He did not attempt to change the minds those who chose to return.

Well anyway, there are always ways to get around the blockades.
While the America-is-dead crowd piles on, he’s going to be in need of actual Can-Do People who’ll help him get his project off the ground. (It’s so hard to find good help these days.)
