Patriot,
You couldn’t have picked better passages than what you posted from “Hebrews.” Unfortunately, it will fall on deaf ears.
However, anyone passing by, and particularly those new in the faith, will gain great advantage from your post.
Great job!
Thanks Sister.
It makes so much sense that God chose the Apostle Paul as the Apostle unto the Gentiles. He was learned in Judaism from his youth, and studied under the most credentialed.
Yet, going back to chapter 11 of Romans, we read that because the Jews refused the Grace offered to them, and entered not into His Rest, God turned to the Gentiles and grafted us into that Rest to provoke the Jew into jealousy. And chose the Apostle Paul to deliver that hidden message of Grace to the Gentiles. Paul himself having been blinded on that road to Damascus.
What’s again noteworthy is that we as Gentiles were grafted into the vine. But we as the inferior were grafted in, against nature to the superior.
And despite what false teachers suggest, God IS NOT done with the nation of Israel.
To believe such a thing really does exhibit their complete lack of knowledge and rejection of God’s Promise.
