When we say that we are listening to the others, we are also saying that we are listening to the Holy Spirit

The two are not the same. Others babble as they will, but to listen to the Spirit, one must first experience the Word, both the written Word and the Living Word.

there are many, many people of good will ... the issue is not listening to them — the issue is discernment concerning what they say

same standard may be applied to the Pope now?

What he’s saying. Listen to people who lie (the others). It’s the same thing as other liars.
Homosexuals are loving, death is good, up is down, good is evil.
Notice how they never want to listen to believers, the truth.
