It is clear that the Pope is putting souls at risk by his “mixed” messages.
I got a kick out of his claim that he can’t travel anymore due to ligament problems making walking hard. Paralyzed people travel, c’mon man! What’s up with that?
well, lots of popes have been murdered in office, some by rather mean methods too
but of course we would certainly not advocate that today!
The next Pope isn’t going to be any better.
The Cardinals will do nothing. I left the Church when they covered up/ignored most of the sexual predation rampant in the clergy.
Its a stupid article where it discusses cutting down all laws to deal with Francis.
No one is saying this, its a gross deliberate exaggeration.
Francis could easily be dealt with, using current laws and practices, but that requires acknowledging he must be dealt with right now, that they have the means to do so, and that they have the will to implement them.
The question that begs to be asked is: 'what happened to spiritual discernment that Cardinals should have; what happened to Cardinals being led by the Holy Spirit?'
There may be some who believe that the Lord permitted at least 2/3rd of the Cardinals to be misled for some greater purpose but I question that reasoning.
Pope Francis has installed 20+ new Cardinals since becoming Pope. It will be interesting to see how the Lord addresses what many see as a dumpster file in the College of Cardinals.

How about dumping the Papacy, too? Jesus and his early church never intended for the church to be a monarchy.
