We in the USA live under a Constitution because we've recognized that mankind can't be governed without checks and balances to protect our fundamental liberties--which are given by God!
When Christ rules we'll know which religion is true, what's-what and hows-that. In the meantime, we don't setup state religions, outlaw Gospel preaching from denominations we don't like, tearing down their churches and ruining their lives. We don't celebrate Putin systematically robbing millions of Russian people just to become one of the richest men in the world whose never had a real job. We don't sit there and equivocate on whether he's a "thug" (a soft word) or a psychoctic, disgusting murderer who puts bullets in the back of a woman's head (on his birthday!) because she wrote an investigatory series in the news about the time Putin blew up apartment blocs just to get brownie points to start a war to "protecting Russian children" by killing a quarter to a half a million people in Chechnya.
You sit here ranting about how hard Putin is making life for the gays, I guess because you assume we share in your sadistic obsessions and fantasies about stoning homosexuals and witches to death, hoping to lure FReepers who share your obsessions into handwaving away a ton of inconvenient facts about your "Christian Russia" narrative.
