I was speaking policy wise in terms of spreading Marxism/Liberation Theology across the world, aiding and abetting Marxist movements and terror groups, etc. Absolutely the Marxists have spread degenercy across the world and have engaged in all manner of hideous crimes against children (currently Russian soldiers have been known to gang rape even little boys).

But if we're talking personally, then for Putin, there's definitely cause to wonder:
