Revelation, Chapter 3
1 And unto the angel of the church in Sardis write; These things saith he that hath the seven Spirits of God, and the seven stars; I know thy works, that thou hast a name that thou livest, and art dead.
2 Be watchful, and strengthen the things which remain, that are ready to die: for I have not found thy works perfect before God.

4 Thou hast a few names even in Sardis which have not defiled their garments; and they shall walk with me in white: for they are worthy.

20 Behold, I stand at the door, and knock: if any man hear my voice, and open the door, I will come in to him, and will sup with him, and he with me.

Colossians, Chapter 4
1 Masters, give unto your servants that which is just and equal; knowing that ye also have a Master in heaven.

3 Withal praying also for us, that God would open unto us a door of utterance, to speak the mystery of Christ, for which I am also in bonds:
4 That I may make it manifest, as I ought to speak.
5 Walk in wisdom toward them that are without, redeeming the time.
6 Let your speech be alway with grace, seasoned with salt, that ye may know how ye ought to answer every man.
7 All my state shall Tychicus declare unto you, who is a beloved brother, and a faithful minister and fellowservant in the Lord:

14 Luke, the beloved physician, and Demas, greet you.
15 Salute the brethren which are in Laodicea, and Nymphas, and the church which is in his house.
16 And when this epistle is read among you, cause that it be read also in the church of the Laodiceans; and that ye likewise read the epistle from Laodicea.
17 And say to Archippus, Take heed to the ministry which thou hast received in the Lord, that thou fulfil it.

Our Father which art in heaven, Hallowed be thy name.
Thy kingdom come. Thy will be done in earth, as it is in heaven.
Give us this day our daily bread.

And lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil: For thine is the kingdom, and the power, and the glory, for ever. Amen.
We've already had Passover with Yeshua, the Lamb of God, Unleavened Bread, with Him buried in a tomb, and First Fruits, with His rising from the grave. Pentecost gave us the Holy Spirit to start the church and now we wait for The Feasts of Trumpets for Rapture. We Know He will come on some Trumpets in the future because He said it would happen on the Last Trump, which only can happen on the Feast of Trumpets. The "First Trump" is Pentecost, The "Great Trump" is Atonement, and the "Last Trump" can only happen on Trumpets. The time for "watching" is the month before Trumpets, or the month of Elul.
During Elul, we are supposed to pray, repent, and fast, to get ready to go. Scripture says there are "foolish virgins" that are left behind to deal with the Tribulation, where they buy and sell.Yeshua is our High Priest forever, so only a virgin of His home country can be His Bride. We were adopted into Spiritual Israel back in Genesis 48 when Jacob ( Israel) adopted Joseph's gentile sons into His family so they could receive an inheritance in the Promised Land. They received adoption from the "crossed hand blessing" from Israel (Jacob), to become "Spiritual Israel". Anytime you read "Israel" when Scripture is speaking of Jacob, God is telling you Jacob is acting on behalf of God. If it says "Jacob" he is acting on behalf of his flesh.
The month of Elul is called "The King is in the Field". Look it up on YouTube. It also covers the time of Teshuva, or repentance. For gentiles that are saved, it covers till Tisheri 1-2, The "Day that no one knows the day or the hour". It's called the day that no one knows the day or the hour in Israel because it's the only Moed (Feast Day) that starts with a New Moon on the first of the month. All the rest of the Feast days fall in the middle of the month with a full moon. Tisheri 1 begins "Trumpets", and for Jews, it starts the "Days of Awe", for they will be left behind to suffer the Tribulation.
If you do a word search for "Watch" in Scripture, you will see we are to "watch" for Him to return. That is speaking of the month of Elul and repentance and prayer.
