Yes, Israel will make this treaty with this beast, but Revelation Chapt. 7 shows us that soon after, Israel will turn to the Lord as a whole nation.

Yes, those that pay attention to Jesus' warning in Matt. 24:15-20) will flee to the mountains (Rev. 12:6, 14) and be protected from the beast. The rest of Israel will be beheaded by the Islamocrazies because the Jews are Christian at that point and will not take the mark of the beast (Rev. 14:9-16).

God’s word does not go unfulfilled. That leads me to the opinion that all the prophecies in the Bible will come to fruition before the end of the world.
