PSALM 27 on BEHALF OF THE ARMED FORCES OF UKRAINE, I call to you, O Lord: my stronghold! do not be silent for me, so that in Your silence I will not be like those who descend into the grave.
Hear the voice of my supplications when I cry to You, when I lift up my hands to Your holy temple. Do not destroy me with the wicked and with those who do unrighteousness, who talk about peace with their neighbors, but evil is in their hearts.
Reward them according to their deeds, according to their evil deeds; reward them according to the works of their hands, give them what they deserve.
Because they are inattentive to the actions of the Lord and to the work of His hands, He will destroy them and not build them up.
Blessed be the Lord, for He has heard the voice of my supplications. The Lord is my fortress and my shield; my heart trusted in Him, and He helped me, and my heart rejoiced; and I will glorify Him with my song.
The Lord is the fortress of His people and the saving protection of His anointed. Save your people and bless your inheritance; feed them and exalt them forever
