At this point I'm not sure what to think of the man. He was always interesting to read, but followed some movements I didn't care for.
He'd posted a series on his website about his fight with prostate cancer. I guess it caught up with him.

It’s been a long time since I read his stuff, not sure, but I think he was a post-millennialist. The Protestant kind, not the charismatic NAR kind.
