Not corrupt. It’s an organization that uses a phony name to make millions off the taxpayer and some think it’s actually aligned with the church.
President Trump tried to defund these organizations. IIRC, they sued(of course) and the court said that Congress had to do that, not the Executive Branch since money was involved. Oh well, all he did was restrict the number of refugees down to 15,000 and was planning on going lower. But......

But, of course, Congress, where the real corruption is, didn’t lift a finger to help him. So, he did it without their help and they got rid of him.
