No. Sovereign Digital Currency. NO sovereign nation ( country) will allow a competing “ private” digital currency, to much revenue lost in taxes, to much monetary authority lost ( financial, economic control). Note China has banned Bitcoin and all the other dozens of digital currency as it is competing with their digital currency. The point behind sovereign digital currency is total control, both economic and social.
