Only the governments that create their own sovereign digital currency. It will come in steps, first by requiring you disclose all digital currency you own, then by taxing your holdings, then penalties for not disclosing, then offers to redeem your non sovereign digital cash at a premium, then “ deadlines” instated for redemption, then outright abolition. Three major financial US universities have been paid 4 years ago millions to figure out how to accomplish the move and acceptance of sovereign digital cash.
