It’s not only the lgbt promoters. Many christians look at porn and help fuel the sex trafficking industry. There will be great weeping when the end comes and when those people are exposed and thrown to hell.
I’m not sure Christians looking at porn necessarily “fuel[s] the sex trafficking industry” because so much pornography is on the Internet for free, but adultery of the heart is treated in scripture as a threat to our souls and eternal salvation regardless of how others are directly affected.
But it is also true that when Christians or non-Christians pay money for services such as pornography (even under the guise of mainstream TV programming), it gives financial resources that contributes to sex trafficking. But even if no money is spent or this lust is not being fed by pornography, it is a threat to our souls.
I was not attempting to make an exhaustive list of mortal/cardinal sins. I was merely pointing out that God’s wrath being poured out on the world in the coming Day of the Lord is not some random, capricious act of an angry deity. Revelation gives specific reasons for His judgments and wrath:

But the rest of mankind, who were not killed by these plagues, did not repent of the works of their hands, that they should not worship demons, and idols of gold, silver, brass, stone, and wood, which can neither see nor hear nor walk. And they did not repent of their murders or their sorceries or their sexual immorality or their thefts.

Then I saw another angel flying in the midst of heaven, having the everlasting gospel to preach to those who dwell on the earth—to every nation, tribe, tongue, and people— saying with a loud voice, “Fear God and give glory to Him, for the hour of His judgment has come; and worship Him who made heaven and earth, the sea and springs of water.”

For they have shed the blood of saints and prophets,
And You have given them blood to drink.
For it is their just due.
One of the problems of making a list of mortal sins is that we, as sinful humans, have a tendency to minimize and justify our own personal failures while fixating on the sins of others when those sins are not something we personally find difficult to avoid. For example, it is easy for me to condemn homosexual acts as acts of perversion because I’ve never struggled with those temptations, whether as actions or thoughts. However, I might want to treat gluttony as a minor sin because it’s more difficult for me personally to exercise self control in this area. And still other sins are easier to miss because not only can we hide them from others, we can also deceive ourselves. For example, pride and self-righteousness are every bit as dangerous to our souls as lust.
There will be people in Hell who never murdered, committed adultery or looked at pornography, stole anything, used illegal drugs for pleasure, or engaged in witchcraft or idolatry (to the best of their knowledge). Some will have studied the Bible, prayed, fasted, attended church faithfully, preached to others about Jesus, done lots of good deeds, and even performed miracles in Jesus’ name.
Some will be shocked to discover that they will not be making it into Heaven. And some will be equally shocked that many who had done all of these sins somehow made it into Heaven.
I’ve said all this to say that the real litmus test of salvation is not an external compliance with a list of dos and donts. It is a relationship with Christ that transforms a true believer from the inside out. Apart from this no amount of effort will succeed in producing righteousness or a life that is pleasing to God. But, with Christ, victory over the world, the Devil, and our own sinfulness is inevitable.

Neither fornicators, nor idolaters, nor adulterers, nor homosexuals, nor sodomites, nor thieves, nor covetous, nor drunkards, nor revilers, nor extortioners will inherit the kingdom of God. AND SUCH WERE SOME OF YOU [emphasis added]. But you were washed, but you were sanctified, but you were justified in the name of the Lord Jesus and by the Spirit of our God.
1 John 5:4b-5
And this is the victory that has overcome the world—our faith. Who is he who overcomes the world, but he who believes that Jesus is the Son of God?
