INDIANAPOLIS (AP) — A lawsuit filed by a teacher who was fired from his job at a Catholic high school in Indianapolis for being in a same-sex marriage can proceed, a state appeals court ruled.

There is only two reasons a homosexual would get a job in a Catholic school.
Probably there are more than that
The ones I could think of so far:
1. Access to children
2. Filing bogus lawsuits
3. Destroying the school from within
Feel free to add more.
Sodomites should not be allowed anywhere near children.
4. Brought up Catholic and wants to be justified in his lifestyle in the eyes of the Church, not just the judicial system.
It sounds like a technical legal issue. The lower court can now, hopefully, hear the case and find that the Catholic school was within its First Amendment rights to dismiss the teacher for violating Catholic teaching and their contract with the school.
