DEMAND AT LEAST TWO PARENTS TO BE PART OF THE NEW HIRE INTERVIEWING.
Right now, the school board is part of the new hire process and we've had just about enough of some of these school boards, eh ?.
Parents are more than likely more computer literate in researching a person than busy professionals and the parent would have found out the pedo's etc., in time to prevent their being hired.
