In the year 1920 in Russia, the totalitarian Communist government of Russia legalized infanticide, that is, the killing of a child in the mother’s womb (abortion). They guaranteed such a “service” to anyone, free for the asking. That was the first time in human history for a nation to legalize such murders.
Much has changed since then, over the course of a century. Our nation is gradually cleansing itself from the dismal legacy of the godless era. The issue of abortion still remains unresolved, but some progress, if slow and uneven, is being achieved in recent years under the current administration.
Needless to say, it is important to consider the stance of the medical community and public health authority in this battle for the life of the unborn. A long-awaited order just been issued by the Russian Federation Ministry of the Public Health.
In Russia, medical personnel are now prohibited from making any statements suggesting an option to abort a child. Likewise, it is prohibited to make a subjective assessment of the future hardships of motherhood and family life.
On the contrary, every medical consultant must disclose to a pregnant woman full information about the government and public support programs that are available, including addresses and phone numbers of organizations where support can be obtained for a young mother — including situations where help is needed for parents of children with developmental disorders and genetic diseases.
They need children more than we do.

That’s very good news. Maybe there are reasons the democrats now express their disdain for Russia.
In some ways it seems like lately Russia has been taking a Christian, more socially conservative position with respect to issues such homosexuality, abortion, gender politics, etc. I’m sure I can be proven wrong, but it seems like it based on articles such as this one.

I am ashamed to say it but Russia is now a more free nation than the United States. I also believe it is more Godly than the United States. If I was a single guy in college today I would be studying Russian and be ready to move there after graduation. If things have not changed in a couple of years this country is finished. The dems are happy to give it away to illegals as long as it keeps them in power without having to cheat so much at the polls. If Russia is not to your liking I am sure there are other countries that are more like what the United States was envisioned to be by the founders.
Based on what? Freedom of speech? Protest? Religion?

You're belief is wrong. Church attendance in Russia is the lowest in Europe. Only 9% in Russia attend church once a month. In the US 25% attend church once a week.
What the article omits on purpose is that Russia has the highest abortion rate in the world. Twice the rate of the US.

Russia definitely is taking more of a Christian approach than this nation....without question.
God blesses people for following his ways and doing what’s right even if they aren’t Christians.....He blesses both the good and the bad.....his call.
