My non-denominational Christian church is absolutely full of folks that “used to be” Catholic.....just sayin’.

I think the schism inducing remarks by the Pope are straining a lot of people to the breaking point.
Not being rude to self-serving absolute hypocrites Biden and Pelosi and not rudely upsetting them by mentioning that messy abortion matter is one thing, but praising groups that are part of open Communism is the end for most good people.
The author of The Next Pope said in an interview this Pope has a really small inner circle he sees during any given week, day after day, and does not have the complex input from all over the Catholic world one would imagine he would have. Author thinks that's why he makes offhand casual remarks that stun people. He doesn't have a lot of variety of diverse viewpoints in conversations. Mostly keeps to himself with those few inner circle confidants.
Ditto for my church as well. I’m one of them. I couldn’t be bribed enough to return to the RCC.
