Faggioli is talking out of his @$$, as usual. I’ve been to TLMs throughout California, Nevada and Europe, and his assertion is so from reality that it’s laughable. In CA and NV, at least, not a single TLM congregation I’ve ever seen has been been even close to being all white. Congregations are typically a mix of whites, Mexicans, Filipinos, blacks, everything, really. I may have been to all white TLM once in Bavaria, but, that was, well, Bavaria.
FSSP LA is mostly Hispanic.
