Anyone who looks to the Episcopal Church for spiritual guidance is too stupid to be helped. It was a church founded to legitimize depravity and hedonism. It remains loyal to the values of its founder, the hedonistic heretic Henry VIII. The Episcopalians are known in some Christian circles as “Lucifer’s Own”. Most of their “priests” are miserable lesbians.
Seems like just about every female clergy of the Episcopalian or Anglican denominations are purveyors of leftism. Her hyphenated name for one. Pope Frankie seems to serve his Argentina grown leftism in far greater measure than matters of the Christian faith.
Peoples souls became less important to religious leaders when those leaders became more concerned with managing a church as a For Profit type of business.
This is far from anything new. In the past century, it was not uncommon to hear of small, storefront churches. Even those tiny houses of faith have to pay rent or property tax.
It’s easy to become completely focused on bottom line issues.
What must be done to keep the money flowing in so that the church can be maintained, at least in a material sense?

For the time will come when they will not endure sound doctrine; but after their own lusts shall they heap to themselves teachers, having itching ears; And they shall turn away their ears from the truth, and shall be turned unto fables.
“Ministers” now want to be “liked” too much to be true ministers.
The same thing happened in 1517, and we know how that ends up.

Bringing in the most amount of $$$ has been the most important since the 1400’s.
Leaders in most religions have been told to bring in more people, they need to “broaden their base”.
The end result is they are driving people away.
