This video is brought to you by the Messyonic cult of deception and lies. They are trying to peddle the false idea that you can believe in JC and still be a Jew. The two concepts are absolutely incompatible. No matter how bright and cheerful the people in this video are, they are trying to sell a LIE.

***Baloney. Some of the strongest christians I have met are completed Jews. The apostles were jews. Much of the New Testament was written to jews. Jesus is a jew. Since He is Jehovah God Himself, He knows how to appeal to jews.

Psalm 2:12 KJV — Kiss the Son, lest he be angry, and ye perish from the way, when his wrath is kindled but a little. Blessed are all they that put their trust in him.

I watched this video, as a Christian, and just on a quick viewing, it seems to me that probably without intending to be, the songwriter’s lyrics were needlessly provocative and not very well-grounded in all of Scripture. Another music video that followed it, from the
Messianic Jewish Alliance of Israel, I’m sure was much better on that score.

Certainly what we believe Christ accomplished for us came partly from His perfect humility, and we are to do what we can to follow His example. In our acknowledging that Christ died for our sins, we are also acknowledging that it was our own sins that caused Him to die, and we should never forget that in all we do.

So I attempt to say this with humility also, that most Christians who testify about Christ being our savior, and our belief that He is the Savior of the world, are not being deceptive or lying about anything. If we have a Gentile background, then it’s through Him that our Hellish pagan understanding of the world has been taken away and been replaced by an understanding of G-d’s Heavenly order.

That all said, though, I’ve gotten a better sense of how probably many Jewish people of today view our testimony about Christ, specifically from having watched a number of videos on YouTube by Rabbi Tovia Singer. I haven’t seen most of his videos, as he’s made a lot of them over many years, but from those I’ve seen so far, his explanations on Jewish interpretations of Christianity are certainly very challenging. They haven’t convinced me that I should renounce my faith in Christ or to convert to Judaism, but I do now have a much better understanding of probably why many Jews regard the Christian faith to be deception and lies, and in this too, as in everything else, we Christians should be quick to listen and slow to speak.

I will mention here just one objection that Rabbi Singer has brought up. For weeks after I watched this video, I wondered about it and questioned what the answer to this objection might be. In Galatians 3:16, Paul the Apostle writes that G-d’s promise to Abraham was to his seed, singular, and not to his seed, plural, and that Abraham’s seed is Christ. I prayed especially for understanding on this question, and I believe one day that the Lord brought me the beginning of an answer.

Paul writes a lot on the importance of having faith in G-d, and it is through having sincere faith in Him that both Jew and Gentile can please God. And that is the one seed, coming to Him through that one spirit of faith in Him. The “one seed” means one *type* of seed, in other words. Galatians 3 supports that Paul is talking about faith towards G-d, and he certainly doesn’t mean one seed in terms of actual people, because at the same time, he tells the Christians he’s writing to that they are the seed, and they are not Christ, either, and there are many more than one of them.

This is the video from Rabbi Singer in which he discusses what Paul wrote about Abraham’s seed:

My friend; This song Is based on all Torah; Prophets and Psalms Bible verses; chiefly Deut. 18; Psalm 110:1; Isa. 53; Dan. 9:24-26; Zech. 12:10-14; Mal. 3 etc... How can you say that; what is wrong about it?
