God is about to do something new and glorious. This new thing is beyond revival, beyond an awakening. It is a work of God that he alone initiates when he can no longer endure the polluting of his holy name. He says, “I acted for my name’s sake, that it should not be profaned before the Gentiles, in whose sight I had brought them out” (Ezekiel 20:14, NKJV).
There comes a time when God determines that his Word has been so trampled into the mire and abominations have so defiled what is called “the church” that he must rise up and defend his name before a lost world.
You can read it all in Ezekiel 36:21–38. God makes awe-inspiring statements about what he will do, most importantly to bring back the honor to his name. “’I will sanctify My great name, which has been profaned among the nations, which you have profaned in their midst; and the nations shall know that I am the Lord,’ says the Lord God, ‘when I am hallowed in you before their eyes. For I will take you from among the nations, gather you out of all countries, and bring you into your own land. Then I will sprinkle clean water on you, and you shall be clean; I will cleanse you from all your filthiness and from all your idols’” (Ezekiel 36:23-25).
For his own name’s sake, God is going to do two mighty works. First, he is going to purge the nations and his church with awesome redemptive judgments. He is going to stop the invasion of his house by homosexuals and charlatans, and he is going to purify and cleanse the ministry and raise up shepherds after his own heart.
Second, God is going to glorify his holy name with a great intervention of mercy. In the throes of judgments being fulfilled, God is going to save the day by a supernatural “turning” of a remnant back to himself. What he did for Israel when they were being judged, he will do again in the days ahead.
Let us seek our Lord fervently in the prayer closet and look forward to the great and glorious redemptive work he is going to do for his name’s sake.

It is utterly humbling to know, only Gods perfect and full justice carried out against His only Son, taking my place, even could have paved the way of my redemption...
Ans the next time He comes back, will be to demonstrate that same exact full justice, on all who have rejected Him!, as He redeems all of what is His!
I am staggered when I think that for the sin of the whole world, Jesus spent only about six hours on the cross.
When I look at the condition of the world today, all the immorality and corruption, and that’s just toady, not even including the last 2,000 years and all the time before that, it’s inconceivable that that brief time on the cross was enough to satisfy God’s judgment against sin.
Only God could have poured out His full justice and wrath in such a chosen space in time.
Also, it is so beyond what I can process, that while I was lost, and His enemy, He loved me (us) enough to place the judgement I owe, on His only Son, who had only known perfect unity with His Father from eternity past.
When His father turned His back on His only son, because of, and for you and me... just wow!
However, in light of this undescribable wrath He poured out on His only Son, (as a father of my little girl, I cannot comprehend or describe how this makes me feel), consider the wrath God will pour out on people who reject His truly supreme sacrifice!
It many ways, it really is His long suffering to not vaporize everything, and place everyone in torment forever immediately.

It cannot be fully understood on this earth, but no person can even begin to grasp even a tiny fraction of Gods real love for us, unless they first begin to understand His holiness and perfection (1John 1 *simply unimaginable).
Only then can we even begin to understand the judgement He poured out on His only Son (who He loved and had been in unity with from eternity past), in our place.
This is staggering!
I don’t know how, but I would not hesitate,give my life, so that my wife and daughter could know, could know and feel Gods love and arms around them...
Especially if n this late hour before His return...
