The majority of N O people are often not aware of the liturgical abuses that occur. Those abuses usually do not render the Mass invalid so, for that we can be thanful. But N.O. people are not disrespecting the TLM or Paul6th etc. It is the TLM people that disrespect the N.O and V2 and that with hubris often.
The TLM people build a little ghetto of supposed better Catholicism while denigrating a valid liturgy, Ecumenical Council and many good Popes.
It is TLM who are divisive and need to do most work to learn and speak the whole truth if V2 etc.
And you know about all this divisiveness how? You go to the TLM? Well, I do. Exclusively. And I’ve attended at least a dozen different parishes in California, Nevada and Europe... diocesan, FSSP etc. I’ve witnessed none of the divisiveness you claim exists. Priests and laity aren’t obsessed with Vat2, bad post conciliar popes etc. It just doesn’t exist. The focus is absolutely on Jesus, the Gospel and the here and now, not on the missteps of the ‘60s. That’s in your imagination. Sure you can find a few rad trad crazies on YouTube but for every one of those powerless people there are 2 anti-trad gay-friendly priests or commentators in the novus ordo establishment. So it more than evens out.
