I have a catholic depiction of hell in my profile page. I’m. Not catho,catholic,, but the fella that wrote it studied the issue, and what he wrote is absolutely frightening. It’s unimagi able to me that folks would gamble that there isn’t a hell when the consequences for being wrong are so severe. There is no downside to accepting Christ, but plenty for rejecting him.

They want the catholic church to embrace their sin..Every other church does....

Some people perceive a downside to accepting Christ.

Some people think that Christians are not allowed to have any fun, and that they have to go to church twice on Sundays and also on weeknights for church activities. They think of Christianity as taking over their lives.

I don’t agree with this viewpoint, but am saying I have heard this, especially from younger people, that being Christian means you give up a lot of fun in life.
