Yes, true. But I wonder if Adam and Eve thought, if they became as gods, as Satan told them they would, then they’d have the power to get rid of God. Then they would rule.

Adam was not deceived.
1 Tim 2:14 And Adam was not deceived, but the woman being deceived was in the transgression.

Yes, true that Adam wasn’t tricked by Satan. He did, however, listen to the voice of his wife (Genesis 3:17) in whatever it was she apparently said to him that afterwards he ate the fruit as well.
