Just re-read posts 78, 83, 87 and 91..this is my biblical view. It's pretty clear where I stand. No need to justify myself to you.

Again, I see my God as a loving God. It appears you see Him as harsh. That's ok. Be confident in what you believe.

There are 1200 various denominations within the Christian faith and over 40,000 off-shoots to that. There are Christian essentials and non essentials. Most denominations believe and adhere to the essential Christian theology. It is the non essentials that have fractured the church for the most part.

I will not do the scriptural tit for tat. Been there, done that. I've sparred in the past with folks that love to use scripture like a club in order to beat people about the head and neck.

My goal is to help lead people to a loving, accepting God and out of the bondage of man made legalism.

And no, I'm not a Ravi or whatever your sarcastic reference was eluding to.

I've studied the bible for many years and from various denominational view points. I attended bible college and received my associates in biblical studies. Not that it means anything to anyone else, but it helped me learn how to study the bible and study in context. I now love God more than anytime in my life...because I understand what He did for us and why He did it.

God bless fella.

The Jews "attended bible college" too, and they blew it.

You keep on saying you love God, but you REFUSE to keep His commandments or ACKNOWLEDGE that God requires that of us.

John 14:15If ye love me, keep my commandments.

1 John 2: 3And hereby we do know that we know him, if we keep his commandments. 4He that saith, I know him, and keepeth not his commandments, is a liar, and the truth is not in him.

Romans 2:12For as many as have sinned without law shall also perish without law: and as many as have sinned in the law shall be judged by the law

Matthew 5:19Whosoever therefore shall break one of these least commandments, and shall teach men so, he shall be called the least in the kingdom of heaven: but whosoever shall do and teach them, the same shall be called great in the kingdom of heaven.

It sure does sound like you are teaching others to break (ignore) commandments, now doesn't it? No bueno SB777.
