I am not Roman Catholic but I agree that a ‘same sex’ couple should not be ‘blessed’. Prayed for, to see things through Jesus’ eyes? YES! The Old Testament calls homosexuality an abomination and calls for marriage to be between a man and a woman, and Jesus never referenced, nor corrected any part of the OT.

Should ‘members’ of the ‘LGBTQ’ ‘community’ be treated poorly because of their sexual orientation? NO. Again, prayed for. Might someone be born that way? Perhaps, but people are born with all kinds of physical, mental and emotional disabilities. Homosexuality is just their ‘cross to bear’.

Lust, especially sexual lust, be it normal or homosexual in nature, is a sin. It is not that ‘being homosexual’ is a sin, it is the lust, and any actions taken to fulfill such lust, THAT is the sin, as is ANY lust (except lasting after a closer relationship with Jesus)!

It’s not the purpose of a church to fill its pews.
It is to those who make a living that way.
OK that is not The Church, but they think they are.

Belgians are better known for their consumption of “patates frites and mayonnaise”. I still remember them praying the Angeles at noon.

let them go. the Church is far better off with its enemies on the outside instead of inside. they can do less damage from outside, just ask many European countries (and now, alas!) USA .. about Muslim terrorist murder gangsters outside versus inside.

they can do, and are doing, a lot more damage from inside. this is why they invade, immigrate and sneak in, to begin with. it is very similar with the Church.

Obviously, the CDF hasn’t read the Bible.

It appears that Bishop Bonny may need to lead the exodus of those that believe what he seems to believe.

Well, at least they will leave when they see what they think is wrong, unlike those who see what they have always been taught is wrong and put up with it.

And for those who left In John 6, they were the ones who felt THEY were being...“Scandalized”....
Same as with these Belgians who are also making themselves to be the “ victims “in their weakness of Faith in this....

Some measure of respect should go to these people though... as they at least seem to have more integrity and conviction to their False sodomical beliefs - then the cowardly American politicians and those who support them...

Remind me again what Jesus taught in the synagogue? Did He use a book, a scroll or something like that? Does anyone know? People act like Jesus never opened the Torah and taught from the Law and the Prophets... I think Leviticus 18 is an important aspect of the teachings of the Christ of the Bible! A pro-sodomy minister is an abomination to the Living God. Sodomic unions are not to be “blessed” by anyone who professes the Living God as their Savior.
