Death You Are Defeated. Thank You Lord Jesus.

Death is the separation of the body from the soul. Uncle Sin fathered it but Death was never God's original plan. Adam and Even were created to live but the Serpent loves Death and he slyly maneuvered Eve into embracing guaranteed rot. Satan is a crafty little devil, Rot-Monger, Death-Dealer, liar ~ and a murderer too.

Satan and Death are ugly. And chilly. A human corpse feels cold and stiff like clay. Thanatos son of Nyx, life grubber, has no warm heart, and if you escape the crematorium the worms will eat you in spite of the formaldehyde. You'll not be saved from the creepers. . When you die they don't prop you up on the sofa in the Living Room ~ even though they love you ~ they are strongly inclined to put you in a place where they are not: underground. So? So you need to connect with someone who has the power to undo the work of the worms. His name is the Lord Jesus and He was sent by the Father to do exactly that. And He did. So after the worms finish up, later on you're going to desperately need a new glorified body to replace the one the worms ate. The Lord Jesus promised He'd give you one. Do you want it?

You'll desperately need a new glorified body so you can enjoy living joyfully. You don't want to forever say goodbye to Joy. Joy is your friend. Love your friends and keep them near. The Lord Jesus died for you on the Cross so you could have Happiness and Gladness Of Heart and Joy ~ now and throughout Eternity.

But you have a Joy-Problem. Alas, unforgiven sin is the big Joy-Killer. We must all have forgiveness of sins ~ then after forgiveness comes Joy. "When you were dead in your sins . . . God made you alive with Christ. He forgave us all our sins, having canceled the charges of our legal indebtedness, which stood against us and condemned us, He has taken it away, nailing it to the Cross." Col. 2:13-14 Results? Joy. "You love Him [Jesus] . . . you believe in Him and are filled with an inexpressible and glorious Joy, for you are receiving the end results of your faith, the salvation of your souls." 1 Peter 1:8-9

Now you no longer have to worry about your soul perishing. John 3:16's "perish" is a permanent Joy-Killer. You don't want it. You don't want to perish. You want Eternal Life and you want perpetual Joy, Happiness, and Gladness Of Heart and all three are yours when you believe in the Lord Jesus as your Savior. You were created to be eternally creative and joyful and you don't want to forever say goodbye to Joy, Happiness, and Gladness Of Heart ~ the good news: With Jesus as your Savior, Joy will be your eternal friend. Death no longer has the power to steal your Joy, thanks to the Lord Jesus' death on the Cross.

So?

So Satan and Death! You were not victorious. You lost the war. "The one who believes in Me, will live even though they die"__The Lord Jesus. We're coming up out of those graves smiling, ready for Eternal life. Ready to explore Andromeda. Journey out to the Eye Of Sauron galaxy. Paint landscapes on Sagittarius' most beautiful planets ~ enjoying Eternal artistic creativity as we explore the Universe. Where will you be as we the people of God are strolling down Hallelujah Boulevard in some magnificent city on the edges of Orion? Death for us is not like the death of the family dog. We die but we live again. Thank You Lord Jesus for being the kind of Person that went straight into the pain for all of us. "They came to the place called the Skull, they crucified Him there along with the criminals ~ one on His right, the other on His left" Luke 23:33 Results? "For you know the grace of our Lord Jesus Christ, that though He was rich, yet for your sake He became poor, so that you through His poverty might become rich." 2 Cor. 8:9

Death and Satan! You have been thwarted, overpowered, beaten, broken, and conquered. You're toast, Death. You been pulverized. Thank You Father, thank You Holy Spirit, thank You Lord Jesus.
