While its true that adultery is not as heinous a crime as intentional murder, you can’t get into heaven even if you just lied one time and didn’t seek Jesus as the propitiation for your one-time-only sin. Break one command and they all are broken. Don’t repent and seek God’s forgiveness and you don’t go to heaven either. We must be holy as God is holy and Jesus is the only way to become holy.
