None of this stuff should be legally binding anymore.
People are now in it, until they decide they aren’t.
No fault divorce should be made illegal. Rule for divorce for genuine fault reasons only. Adultery, abandonment, withholding sex/intimacy, excessive physical violence, spouse is mentally ill, out of control addiction habits, spouse out of control spending/destroying finances.
And women file over 80% of divorce cases. They already bail on normal marriage.
Most of these vow papers aren’t worth jack in terms of keeping their promises.
I predict more murders of passion and “business” dealing among members of the incestuous “family”....plus if one member gets HIV or hpv or herpes...or syph..or the CLAP..or hepb or c....they all get it...gonna be lots of secrets and anger...and illness...
