I also believe all children who have died before coming of age are with the Lord.
Think about it, before the mid 19th century, as many as one third of children did not make it to their teens.

I disagree.
Every human spirit, born and unborn, is endowed by God with, and guaranteed, the choice whether or not to submit to God's (benevolent) rule, in heaven. Those who refuse, even fetuses, are allowed the complete separation from Him eternally upon which they insist, in hell.
This dichotomy illustrates fully God's love for each; if you wish, I'll explain why and how.

Hebrews 11:6
(Do you REALLY believe that (1) God IS, and (2) God IS GOOD? Then SEEK HIM!)

I have high confidence that such is the case.
My go-to evidence is the woman caught in adultery.
Jesus said “let him who is without sin cast the first stone”. Everyone turned away.
The thing to note is that Jesus WAS without sin and COULDA cast that first stone.
He doesn’t want to.
He takes in what others have to say, He processes it, and His end result is more fair than fair while upholding the LAW.
Now THAT’S a God I can love with all my heart, mind, and soul.
