The Pope is confirming the Biblical teaching that marriage is a lifetime union between one man and one woman. Same sex marriage, marriage where one or both parties have been divorced, those are not marriages in the eyes of the Church and my hope is that it will always be that way.
We can hope the catholic church remains s faithful in this one area, but they are compromising In so many other areas under this woke pope.
It won’t be long g now before the left start attacking the church for “hate speech” for not blessing unions like this. We will see how long the woke pope stands strong This one issue. The pressure will be immense to conform.
You can be divorced and remarry in the church. As long as 1st marriage is annulled.
