The big Protestant churches already tried this - it doesn’t work. In my town these huge, beautiful church buildings are now rented out to Hispanic evangelical congregations. If they have any services at all, it is once per week.
In like manner also, that women adorn themselves in modest apparel, with shamefacedness and sobriety; not with broided hair, or gold, or pearls, or costly array; But (which becometh women professing godliness) with good works. Meaning women pastors are not normatively allowed, while "saved in childbearing" means saved by obedient faith which in general (as regards female distinctives) entails fulfilling their normal primary and CRITICAL mission of having and raising children and caring for the husband and family, as the Prov. 31 wife exemplifies, and which the women mothering is uniquely fitted for.
But among other aspects, this is where one of the smallest things you can hold in your hand has had a most profound deleterious insidious effect.
