God’s Word says that we are saved by grace through faith in Christ Jesus and not by our own efforts or works (Ephesians 2:8-9). Grace Alone. Faith Alone.

Galatians 2:20 does NOT say “The life I now live in the flesh I live by faithfulness.”
....We did not free ourselves from the slavery of sin; Christ did. We did not make ourselves slaves of righteousness; Christ did...... The identity of “slave of righteousness” is not something we have to strive to attain, but something ‘we already have’ by faith in Christ.

THEN.....
Judged by the law as James clearly states.
“For whosoever shall keep the whole law, and yet offend in one point, he is guilty of all. For he that said, Do not commit adultery, said also, Do not kill. Now if thou commit no adultery, yet if thou kill, thou art become a transgressor of the law. So speak ye, and so do, as they that shall be judged by the law of liberty” (James 2:10–12).
If you love me, KEEP MY COMMANDMENTS. If you say you love me and don’t keep my commandments, YOU ARE A LIAR.
Simple and straight to the point, isn’t it?
Jesus Christ paid the price for us, because we all deserved to die (that’s the condemnation).
The second Adam and Eve sinned, the human race was CONDEMNED to death. God’s law demanded it. We were under the CONDEMNATION OF THE LAW. Blood had to be shed and death was the sentence. That is the law of sin and death. Christ took our place and it was his blood sacrifice that reversed the death penalty on the human race. Now we have Grace and the chance for eternal life.
Romans 8:
1There is therefore now no condemnation to them which are in Christ Jesus, who walk not after the flesh, but after the Spirit.
2For the law of the Spirit of life in Christ Jesus hath made me free from the law of sin and death.
“Do we then make void the law through faith? God forbid: yea, we establish the law” (Romans 3:31)
