Years ago, I found out that the billboard which looked like it was right on top of an abortion clinic as you were riding by on the highway, was coming up for rent, so a few of us pro-lifers scraped some money together and we rented it for 2 months.

We got an artist to do us up a nice pretty baby and we put words together and we made it perfectly hated by the abortionists working below the sign.

And, we made a real big deal about its "unveiling." Joe Scheidler was in town and we invited him to speak, plus a few others, including Norma McCorvey.

We had a lovely day. That following weekend somebody threw red paint on the baby's face. We got it all repaired. That was repeated a couple of times over the next two months.

We called it a pro-life victory and it made us smile bigtime.
