Was Our Lord crucified in Rome?

Many cities claim to be built on 7 hills. Cincinnati, Ohio, for example. Jesus wasn't crucified in Cincinnati, either.

Rome has seven hills, but so do quite a few other cities. Rome simply doesn’t fit the other criteria given in Revelation.
