Simply put, since the states have never amended the Constitution to expressly protect either politically correct LGBT “rights,” or the so-called “right” to murder unborn children like they did with the rights that the early states famously protected in the Bill of Rights.
In other words, these relatively recent phony federal “rights” are hoaxes targeted at low-information voters to keep criminal-minded Democrats and RINOs in power imo.
In fact, regarding political LGBT "rights," the Supreme Court established the precedent of recognizing only biological female and male sexes at birth. This happened when the Court decided against Virginia Minor's attorney-husband's claim that the 14th Amendment’s equal protections clause automatically (my word) gave women as much a right to vote as voter-qualified men have when it decided Minor v. Happersett, the 19th Amendment based on that premise.
