Does anyone know what Vigano means when he says the vaccine should be “opaque” and not “clear”? I also don’t understand his point about the “cap” still being on the vaccine before it’s given? Are they supposed to tap it before it’s given? I’m not a medical person but am interested in this paragraph particularly.
Vigano also is not a medical person. But he thinks he’s an expert on everything.
Vigano is talking about fake injections of the vaccine. Public figures who have been recorded supposedly receiving the vaccine when in reality they didn’t get vaccinated.
