The New Testament draws a line at sexual immorality. 1 Thess 4:1-8 lays out a command against sexual immorality, and concludes with this:
"For God did not call us to uncleanness, but in holiness. Therefore he who rejects this does not reject man, but God, who has also given us His Holy Spirit."
Did Ravi ever cease or repent of this sin before dying?

I would never justify him. He was wrong, and now he is dead. His confession may have been to his wife and God.
