My wife excitedly told me today that I was in line to get the vaccine first here in Colorado. I told her I’d wait and they could give mine to a deserving minority. She hasn’t spoken to me since.

I’m glad my girlfriend agrees with me on this — hold off for a while. As of now, Novavax’s vaccine (entering Phase III trials), is the only one I’d consider (not an RNA vaccine and only minimally involved with fetal cell lines through some testing. I’d prefer there was no involvement, of course, but that would rule out some vaccines I’ve already had). It’s a difficult situation.
