Beloved Christian band Casting Crowns joins with Matt Maher for the Christmas worship song ‘Make Room.’ These talented vocalists belt out these powerful lyrics that remind us of God’s amazing grace and love.
“You can come as you are But it may set you apart When you make room in your heart And trade your dreams for His glory Make room in your heart Make room in your heart”
Casting Crowns formed in 1999. Since that time, they’ve become a name synonymous with Christian anthems and worship. Over the past two decades, this talented ensemble has given us hits such as ‘Praise You In The Storm’ and ‘Who Am I.’
Matt Maher is also a huge name in the Christian music scene. For decades, he’s been leading worshipping with songs like ‘Your Grace Is Enough’ and ‘Lord, I Need You.’ Now, these incredible voices are coming together to sing for the Lord with ‘Make Room.’
“Is there room in your heart Is there room in your heart Is there room in your heart For God to write His story”
No matter our sins or struggles, God will always be right by our side. This Christmas be reminded of the real reason for the season as you sing these lyrics out for the whole world to hear.
Ezekiel 36:26 “And I will give you a new heart, and a new spirit I will put within you. And I will remove the heart of stone from your flesh and give you a heart of flesh.”

Beautiful song...
On my daily walk I listen to We Call On You, Elvis Presley gospel music. Will add this song. Thank you.
Great band and one of my favorites. I heard “Who Am I” many years ago and it’s what got me started listening to CCM (Christian Contemporary Music).
Casting Crowns has gotten a bit too worship-focused in their songs for my taste over the last several albums, though. Nothing wrong with that, but I much prefer their earlier stuff like Voice of Truth, American Dream, Praise You in This Storm, etc. Those were more thematic songs than pure worship/praise songs..
Their best Christmas work, IMHO, is the album “Peace on Earth”. Really solid. If you haven’t already heard it, worth checking out. A lot of good songs but standouts include “I Heard the Bells on Christmas Day”, a “Christmasized” version of “While You Were Sleeping”, “God is With Us” and an amazing version of “O Come O Come Emanuel” with some really impressive & memorable violin work by Melodee Devevo on the final track.
I like Casting Crowns. Have a couple of their albums in my catalog.
