An atheist neighbor to whom I'm witnessing frequently and who knows about this series asked me a week ago what story I was illustrating. When I said "Josiah," his instantaneous reply was, "Good King Josiah." Even he knows.

Dennis is a perfect exemplar of the person who does not dispute the facts of the Gospel but cannot believe because of emotional baggage. He has a vast knowledge of matters biblical--he's lent me a dozen videos presenting historic accounts--but his parents' off-putting harangues still stumble him at 74. But he didn't account for the Holy Spirit sending me to clear his road.
