No. We’ve attended this church for five years and didn’t hear liberal stuff until a few months ago. The pastor never talks about politics, just posted this video on the church’s FB page. We are connected to a lot of people in this church and like it and I don’t want to switch but it is discouraging.
You’ve demonstrated perfectly how evil subtly slips into the world. You sounds like Eve convincing herself and Adam that it’s okay to eat the apple.
Your church, regardless of your alibis, is now a follower of sin. Did Jesus anywhere say that it’s okay to partake in or tacitly condone sin as long as you have friends that do the same? It’s probably always been a church that followed sin you just chose to ignore it. Regardless you now have a choice to make.
