My brother in law is voting for the first time and he’s 58 yrs old. He used to poo poo politics but is now chomping at the bit to vote for President Trump. He’s an avid gun enthusiast. Oddly his son has been voting conservative since age 18.
We’re kinda the same way — like I mentioned, dad was a lifelong Democrat, but I proudly cast my first vote for Reagan in ‘84. My brothers have always been more conservative as well, so I’m not sure what happened there... ;-)
Glad we were finally able to get dad to vote with us. Especially in this election. And I’m glad your brother-in-law if finally voting, and for Trump. I sure hope these are great signs.
