So Pope Francis doesn’t see a problem with killing babies.
Catholics need to turn away from him and turn to the Lord Jesus Christ.

To be fair, I’m sure he does. But let’s just say that this issue is NOT on his list of priorities ( not as urgent ).
Contrary to what you may have been told, we Catholics do not worship the Pope. As Pope he can have his own opinion- that can be wrong- or wrong for some, right for others... but his opinions are not binding - nor are they automatically inspired as one who sits in the Chair of St. Peter - and what he may write, or say- is not binding and we can also respectfully disagree with it. But this Pope certainly knows how to get ALOT of attention.
And so there is not need for Catholics to "turn" back to Christ -as we never "turn away" from him, quite the opposite- as Christ is always within us at every Mass - as we participate in his Body, Blood and Divinity on the Altar. That is ground zero for Catholics.
