“Judge not” is a truncated portion of scripture that usually unbelievers use when their consciences are bothered.
I have no opinion in Van Halen except to say I am sorry he suffered so. Sounds brutal. And the death of anyone is a time for the living to remember we will all go someday and had best be right with God. If that is the point I’d the post why crank at it?

We are supposed to judge with righteous judgement as we are absolutely not to judge hypocritically. But we are supposed to judge.
