It just now occurred to me how thoroughly stained glass is and always has been identified with religion: hardly anyone creates it without some sort of sacred theme, certainly not in large installations anyway. It could almost be called "religious glass."
Offhand, I cannot think of anything else so closely associated with a philosophical concept. Medieval illuminated manuscripts, perhaps. Does anything occur to you?
