It won’t necessarily be a violent oppression, if the secular left gain enough support in American society, they will do what they have done in other countries and ignore the voices of the faithful. Just because we say something against their agenda doesn’t mean anything will happen to us or to the agenda, the real question becomes, at what level of social change are you willing to fight them actively? Because if it’s only talk against their agenda, nothing much will happen. I am genuinely curious to see how this plays out in the U.S., approaching that limit and likely to pass it any time after the next progressive reaches the White House, because that’s our experience in Canada and probably in most other western democracies. The result seems to be that the faithful divide into two groups, one just seething with anger against the new reality but impotent to change it, and the other disillusioned with God who (so far as can be seen visibly) has not struck down the satanic agenda.

I do think that Americans are different enough that a different outcome is possible there. Here, it is sort of like living in a nightmare but not particularly oppressive, I feel quite at liberty to speak my mind on these issues, but I might as well not bother because anyone likely to agree with me has already drawn similar conclusions and figures that the only end to this would be intervention from the heavenly realm anyway. The left have become the Borg, communication with them is only one-way (they transmit to you, you don’t transmit back to them).

These times are coming on fast now for America, Trump can only potentially stall the outcome for four years, then what?

It’s difficult to imagine a truly aggressive counter-revolution, but in the absence of that, the left wins by default.

Agreed. Look how quickly the worm turned regarding the wearing of masks. First, there was talk about possibly wearing masks. Then it was suggested, but not mandatory. Finally it became mandatory in many places. Not only did well-meaning people accept it, many became enraged at others who didn't want to. Public opinion, with the help of the media, changed quickly. The same will happen to Christians. (On a related note, look for liberal Christians to quickly turn against true Biblical principles.)
